Dual Cycle Carbon Capture Technologies, S.L., with the project heliCO2farm has been officially recognized as an emerging company (startup) by ENISA, (MInistery of Industry and Turism) the Spanish National Innovation Company, under Law 28/2022 for the promotion of the startup ecosystem. This certification endorses the innovative and scalable nature of our business model and places us fully within the legal framework created to support startups in Spain. For our team, it represents an institutional seal of approval for the work we are doing in dual‑cycle carbon capture technologies. It also strengthens our position with investors, industrial partners, and customers who are committed to deep and sustainable decarbonization solutions. From now on, we will be able to benefit from the advantages and special provisions that Law 28/2022 grants to emerging companies to further accelerate heliCO2farm’s growth.

On March 18th, 2026, ENISA’s Certification Committee granted Dual Cycle Carbon Capture Technologies, S.L. the startup certification, acknowledging our project as innovative and scalable. Our company has been classified within the fields of biotechnology, energy, industry, and proprietary technology developed entirely in Spain. This milestone confirms the technological robustness of our solutions and their potential to scale at both national and international levels. The certification will be registered in the corresponding public registry and published there as well as on ENISA’s website, increasing our visibility within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. With this achievement, we continue to strengthen our mission to make carbon capture a key tool for the climate transition.
